How to start an All Access Subscription

1. Launch the Game Manager Application

2. If you don't already have a username with JenKat Games, you'll need to register for one. If you are already registered, please log in.

3. Once you have logged in - Please click on your Username in the Top Right Corner of the Games Manager and choose 'My Account' from the dropdown menu.

 

4. Once in the "My Account" section - Click on the Purple "Start Membership" Button to begin.

5. You will now need to be taken to section where you can enter your Credit Card Details.

6. After entering your Credit Card details your Subscription will be activated and you will see a confirmation screen.

7. And that is it - Click on the Green "Start Playing Games Now" to jump right into the action.

How to reactivate an All Access Subscription

If your account has been cancelled or lapsed for any reason and you with to reactivate it - Then it is a simple process to do so.

1. Reinstall the Game Manager if you do not have it already installed and then launch it.

2. Log into your account via the Games Manager. If you have forgotten your username/password - Please click HERE for details on how to recover them. 

3. Once you have logged in - Please click on your Username in the Top Right Corner of the Games Manager and choose 'My Account' from the dropdown menu.

 4. Once in the "My Account" section - Click on the Purple "Reactivate Membership" Button to begin.

5. If your payment details have expired or are no longer valid - You may need to enter a new set of payment details before your account can be reactivated.

6. Once your reactivation is complete - You will see a confirmation screen and will receive an email confirmation as well.
