My game will not expand to full screen. What should I do?

If you are encountering problems with your game not expanding to full screen. Here are a few different things to try:

1)  Click on “Options” or “Menu” on the main screen of your game.  From there, you can double-check that “Full screen” is selected as an option.

2)  For some games, selecting ALT-ENTER on your keyboard will expand your game to full screen.

3)  You may have too many applications open on your computer.  Close your game and then select CTRL-ALT-DELETE to close down programs that you are not using.  Afterwards, please try your game again.

4)  Please follow the steps below to adjust your display resolution:

Windows XP
1. Right-click the desktop, and then click Properties.
2. In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab.
3. Drag the Screen resolution slider to 1024 x 768.
4. Click Apply, and then click OK.

Windows Vista
1. Right-click on your desktop and select Personalize.
2. Select Display Settings from the list.
3. Drag the screen resolution slider to 1024 x 768.
4. Click Apply, and then click OK.

Windows 7
1.Right-click on your desktop and select Screen Resolution.
2.Click on the drop down menu next to Resolution and drag the slider to 1024 x 768.
3.Click Apply, and then click OK.

If the steps above do not work, please check with your computer manufacturer to ensure that your video card driver is up to date.  If you have not updated your video card driver recently, it might be necessary for you to do so.
