If you are experiencing any problems with your games purchased from us or with the membership, we do what to know about them before you even consider cancelling the service. For general technical issues, we do have a comprehensive troubleshooting guide,or you may contact Customer Support and we will be happy to address any problems you are experiencing.
If you prefer to cancel your membership, you must be logged into your account on the respective site of origination. Once you are logged in, please click on the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the site.
From there, please click on the "Services" tab. On this tab you can manage your GameSaver membership information. In order to cancel the membership, just click on the "Cancel Account" button.
Please Note: If the subscription plan you chose had a commitment associated with it (based on the site and rate of discount) which is unfulfilled at time of cancellation, you will be charged for the remaining months of your membership. For every month you are charged, you will receive a FREE game benefit, as noted in your membership terms and conditions. All FREE game benefits earned must be redeemed within 60 days, after which they will expire.
