Automatic rebilling for our subscription offerings takes place monthly on the date concurrent with the initiation of the subscription (or the closest approximate for end of the month initiations).
For example: If you initiated your account on February 26, each month on the 26th thereafter your account would be rebilled as long as your subscription is active.
We are not able to move billing dates, offer deferments, or alter schedules on active subscriptions for rebilling at this time.
If you are concerned about available funds or overdrafts on a monthly basis regarding a particular date, we advise initiating cancellation of your account and resubscribing on a date when funds will be available monthly. Should you require assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know.
