How do I submit my Games Manager Log file to support?

Sometimes we need a little more information specific to your experience to diagnose the problem and its underlying cause. If you follow the steps below, you can pull your Games Manager Log file to provide to support for faster help.  

1. Launch the Iplay Games Manager 

2. Click on the 'Settings' link in the lower right corner of the Iplay Games Manager as shown in the screenshot below:



3. Within the settings menu, click on the option to 'Download GM Log File' as shown in the screenshot below: 



4. A pop-up window will appear asking you where you wish to save the 'gm.log' file. The default location should be your Windows desktop. If it's not, we recommend doing so to make it easier to find the file. 



5. Click on 'save', and the Iplay Games Manager will write the 'gm.log' file to your chosen location.

Now that you have your Games Manager Log File, you can click HERE to create a new ticket and attach your Log File, or reply to an already existing ticket, and attach your it there.
