How can I install or reinstall my games?

Uninstalling and Reinstalling Your Game

Part 1: The Uninstall:

If you have already installed or attempted installation of the game, you're going to need to uninstall/remove the game from your computer so you have a fresh start (If the game has not been previously installed, skip to the install section).

To remove games via the Games Manager, launch the application from the desktop shortcut, and click on the 'My Games' tab. Click on the trash can icon next to the game title to begin the process and follow the prompts accordingly.

Note: If you do not have the Games Manager installed on your computer, you may uninstall any games downloaded the Game Manager application by clicking on your computer's "Start" button (located in the lower left hand corner of your screen), clicking on "Control Panel," "Add or Remove Programs," locate the game title, and click "Change/Remove" and follow the prompts for complete uninstallation.  By following this method, should you have the Games Manager installed, the games will show up in your "My Games" listing but will not exist on your computer.

Part II: The Install:

To find your purchase history, navigate to the the Iplay homepage by clicking HERE. Make sure you are signed in, and hover over the 'My Account' link in the upper right corner to see the drop down menu , and click on the 'Game Purchases' link to see a list of your purchased games. Or:


From the Iplay Games Manager, click on the drop down arrow in the upper right corner (you may need to sign in if not already), then click on the 'Game Purchases' tab.

Please note that you may need to change the date range to locate older purchases.

To download your game from the Games Manager, simply click the 'download' button located next to the game you want in the 'Game Purchases' tab, and the game will automatically download.

If downloading games from the website, from the game download page, click the 'Play Now' button to download the games installer file. If you are in the 'Game Purchases' tab, click the 'download' button next to the game you want to download the games installer file.

Once the installer file has been downloaded, if it does not automatically start your game download within the Games Manager, navigate to where it was downloaded, and launch it. The Games Manager should open giving you the time remaining status for your game to complete download.

When the game download finishes, you will receive a prompt to 'Play Now' Go ahead and 'Play Now'

When you start the game, it may: 
- Start as a 'Play free no time limit' game with advertisements or
- Start as a '60 minute free trial' (or show that your trial has expired if you have previously used the full 60 minutes allowed).

For purchased games you will need to complete the activation process.  Start the game, and exit from within that game's exit menu (don't close the window manually). Once you've exited the game you will see the exit screen with a message in the upper right hand corner stating 'Already paid for this game?'  Click the 'Activate' link next to it.  

A box will appear for you to enter your email address. Please note that we no longer use registration keys for activation purposes.  It is important to correctly enter your email address at the time you are completing your sales transaction or to remember the email address you used at the time of purchase...even if that email address is no longer in use.

If you have any firewall software installed on your computer that blocks our software, you will need to alter the settings to allow our game access through it to complete the activation sequence. If the game cannot connect to the internet, you will not be able to unlock the full game.

You should be ready to enjoy your game.  Don't forget to sleep!
